LOTS of people would have bought tickets to the scum's hanging. And happily watched his smug look GO AWAY!

He's just charging what the market can bear, like any good capitalist hammer

Note that he got the prison time for securities fraud, and not for hiking drug prices.

If you ever find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.

The court felt he committed a crime, and now he's sentenced to 7 years.

His personae, his Capitalistic tendencies, and anything else have no bearing on the sentence, nor it should.

Hopefully he'll be out in several years with the knowledge and willpower to help make everyone win, instead of playing a zero-sum game.

His kind of capitalistic me-only approach to business is why the US middle class is on the road to extinction. Cisco is getting ready to repatriate 67B dollars now that they can get a huge tax break on it....44B of it goes to Mgmt and investors.....when asked about rank and file bonuses or raises, the interviewer got crickets.

it's "TINKLE"-down economics.
people at the top tinkle all over the people at the bottom while they count their $$$.

i am counting the days until this cash gets paid to investors. i don't have many, 300, shares but at least it's something. i bough right after the announced the plans for the tax cut at $30.45 a share. it's now at close to $45 a share. i wanted to buy microsoft but at about $80 a share at the time, but i figured my money buying more shares would give me a better return. it's about the same as of now. when it hit's $60 i will sell.

By definition, the entire middle class can't be at the top of the pyramid.

A lot of people are content with a steady income, the promise of a retirement, a house, and 2.5 kids. And that's ok.

Having a strong middle class is what keeps the economy moving.

If you ever find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.

America is now down to 1.7 kids per family, were going to have the same problem as china, no one to pay our retirement.
