I also see that since this is a special dry solid block, that screw in freeze plugs are not needed, unless those small tapped holes are the plugs themselves. Glad that you received your special block Wedgefed and that it is in the hands of Chuck and Pete. Tapped holes are the oil gallery

Maybe because Indy realizes for that price you could get a custom machined billet BAE block.

.....and not to mention that it is in the hands of some folk that will burn, cut and hone away all of its quirks to make it a mean motha. It seems the effort at KB has a pulse. It will just be a long recovery. Only there for lifter bushing install
