That's really nice, and great welding.
I have been using one that my friend and I built in high school out of old scrap. The nice parts are the solid steel arms and stand offs that my friend made in metals shop class. The rectangular steel used for the legs was actually stick welded together angle from an old hospital bed.

Very nice, but where is the drip pan??? An engine stand of that caliber isn't complete without a custom drip pan...
