If you are wiring it to an aftermarket switch
1. run a wire from hot to a fused switch
2. run a wire from switch to a ground
3. run wire (hot) from switch to headlights
4. if using the stock pig tail on the headlights, figure out low beam by hooking up 12 volts to the wires and adbandon the other wire.
5.each light grounded at the radiator support.
