Switch... 70 and laters
Cylinder, 71 and laters... 70 and some earliers 71 got a diff locking setup on collar for the cylinder
Need to note several replacement switches are made now to match several setups, so will need to match your one ( remove one extra black wire they got for example your Chally doesn't use ). Some manufacturer include instructions sheets, but some others not.

Here is ( for example ) one ign switch with instructions sheet, made for several diff 70s setups. https://www.oldsobsolete.com/products-pa...rg-warner-cs82/Good priced if you ask me BTW! If you get it, get the instruction sheet scanned of pictured for tech references around! ( send to me LOL ) Several replacement switches got a diff rivets disposition on backelite, maybe due the extra functions like the think black wire mentioned ( which I have no idea of year and apllication ), but fits and works the same on steering column collar ( EDITING: nevermind, says out of stock )
