Give him enough time to figure the No Prep style of racing out and watch out.Looks like he cleaned the grasshoppers off of the front from RMRW,. LOL.

I guess that finally answers how quick some of the street outlaw guys really are, since Larry has run 5.90's in the 1/4 with the truck!

It looked like Birdman had a pretty nice lead and lost traction... I bet the next time, results won't be the same.

If Birdman makes a decent pass, I don't think Larson can keep up.

They ran at the local track and Daddy Daves car definitely looked a good bit faster.

Birdman just put a hemi in his car about a month ago. He ran 3's over a year ago with the chevy power. Let him get some time on his new combo before you count him out

My new hero! Awesome. A few years ago, people were saying the hemi coundl't compete in this kind of stuff. Hemis are taking over now. I've seen several Camaros with Hemis now.

A blown/turbo hemi is king, it's just managing the thing to get down the road.
When it comes to strictly nitrous combos/classes, a mopar or hemi can't compete.

Talk softly and drive a fast mofo, seems to be a good guy, humble, but obviously confident in his rides.

Larry has done well at the no prep stuff with the truck. I am not sure what tire he has been running but I remember when the truck was built that he said it will fit a funny car tire eek

Bird said he won their first race and Larson won the second. Also said they're still learning the new combo.
