How many inputs do most of these dash loggers usually have? Or do most people run them with a additional Data Logger? If you're just running a dash logger, what are you running? What information are you logging?
Just thinking ahead, and looking at an alternative to a dash full of analogue gauges.

I just bought the IQ3 Drag dash. It comes with the oil pressure, water temp and driveshaft collar. The tack and voltage works with out any extra senders. I added trans temp, vacuum, fuel pressure and O2 sensor. Pretty slick piece, but all the add on's get pricy. Not sure if this the info your looking for.

Did you get the Racepak or Haltech unit? Although they look the same anyway

I prefer a racepak and display dash myself..For me it is a V300SD and a UDX but really like the looks of the IQ3

The nice thing with the IQ3 is the memory card plugs in the top face of the dash, making it a breeze to access. For a dragster, it sure is nice.

We just bought the Holley Digital Dash and it has 10 inputs which will be sufficient for local bracket racing. Seemed to be the best priced option with at least some of the sensors included. It won't arrive til April so I have yet to play with it. We plan to just log the basic engine vitals, engine rpm, driveshaft rpm, and later add egt probes. It should helps us to better tune our car and learn some things during the process.

I was looking at the Autometer/Stack LCD competition dash, but can't seem to get any real info on it. The software download doesn't work and the manual kinda sucks. I sent a email to their tech support and got no reply.
I wanted to know if it was usable in a street car, can I configure the LED's individually for turn signals, and will it handle fuel level input.

Well with that said, would you really want to go with their product?

Had bad luck with Autometer products....And I hear nothing but good things about Racepak....Its on my bucket list for this year.

Another thing, you almost never see a used one for sale.

I think its really more of a Stack product than autometer, and the Stack stuff was always solid. It looks like Autometer support sucks and could be problematic, I am going to email Stack and see if turns out better.
