I have a 72 340 Demon with no buildsheet but does have its original fender tag. Im trying to find out what type of steering wheel my car came with from the factory. If my car came with a factory installed Tuff wheel would it be coded on the fender tag as a option ?. If it was the standerd 3 spoke style i would assume it wouldnet be on the tag, any input would be great, thanks Moparts for the free post.

That code I believe would not be on the fender tag, but the build sheet and would be S84 for the 72-74 Tuff Wheel.

416 stroker from Nick at Compu-flow. 11.14 in full street trim. Seems like a new best every time out.
11.06 open headers----so far!!

I agree with the G-Man,

It is only on your buildsheet/ Not on the fender tag.
The tuff wheel option was used on the power steering cars and the standard wheel or the rimblow was used on the manual steering cars usually.
One of my 72 GSS's has the factory "tuff wheel" since new,...
And so I took a look at the fender tag and in my case it is only on the build sheet, But not the fender tag!
It will also be on the dealer invoice also BTW.
Just my two cents worth...
