Anyone make them? Even a custom hookup (link) would be great.

I have been looking for the same thing. None of the usual manufacuters make a kit for the 9.25. I was thinking about making a set but thinking about it is as far as I have gotten. I think the problem is that there are no retained bearings made for the stock axle diameter.

I have heard about replacing the housing ends(Dana/8-3/4 ??) and axles but the info I have found was not very detailed. Dr. Diff(member here) has these parts available. This is probably the best way to go but it dosen't fit my no budget project right now.

Why not put these on

link

And then have axle shafts made with 8 3/4 bearing provisions and the length + spline you need.
