What is a good method of removing spray paint from a e-body interior door panel?

Lacquer thinner. Believe it or not, it won't hurt the panel. I wouldn't soak the panel in it, but I've used a lacquer thinner soaked rag before, and it works great.

I've used DOT 3 brake fluid. Spray some on with an old windex bottle, set it sit in the sun(keep it wet don't let it dry) then hit it with the pressure washer.

A light soda blast may work.
