I would use a polyurethane trans mount. To help with some of the vibration and shock and at minimum a single limiter

A engine limiter is a bar that takes out any fore
and aft movement on the engine/trans on the launch..
I have 2 on mine... they go to the motor mount ears
then to the chassis on a 45* angle... some run them
off the ears on the trans
wave

Here is how we did it it's sandwiches in between the trans and trans mount. And it goes back to the driveshaft Loop that we built.. you can use 2 if you want. But doing it this way is also working fine.. it's a heavy car that runs pretty good.. and had zero issues with motor staying in place
