don't know the number, but it looks like a contraption known as EGR amplifier. Late seventies-early eighties.

a similar, if not identical part was used on my '74 charger with a 400, and several '74-78 C-bodies i have owned over the years. not sure about obtaining a NOS part, but these are common enough that you may find a good, used example for your application. does anyone know how to test these to determine if they are good ?
