I will finish the individual ports tomorrow and then get them made. These are designed for the Indy 440-1 345 CNC head and will fit 2 1/4" primary tubes. No fitting the tube to these overpriced flanges everyone else offers for me. Should make for a nice set of stainless headers.

Nice!

It may be ugly, but it sure is slow.

Can you make a set for 2 1/8" ? Are you making a whole set or just the center ports?

It will be a complete set. Making a set for smaller primary tubes is easy. Might do them if there is enough interest in several sets.

I can likely make these sets in different primary sizes without to much issue. They are 3/8" thick at the bolting surface and match 16ga exhaust tubing thickness. Would be perfect for turbo applications. If there is enough interest I will make a run of them.

If anyone has a need for other flanges in a common application I can design and make those also. Just need commitments for at least 10 sets to make it cost effective. Im not going to do regular flanges since there are many of those already available.

If you have sent me a PM, I will respond when I have some pricing and delivery info available so its not just idle messages flying back and forth. If your interested in something just PM me and I will respond to specific questions that are not related to cost or delivery.

Might have to see if the mods will move this message. I didnt really start it as a means to sell stuff.

Very nice, but I have a suggestion. The space between the tube extensions will be trickier to machine than the rest of it. I think your machinist would be happier with an hour glass design(think siamese) This would make it easier, and no real effect on the part.
Very cool, nice drawing.

Thanks for commenting. I was considering doing exactly what you recommend. Just keeping that as a backup if my machinist kicks it back.

I wish I had your patience and skills to turn out the products that you do. The Millwright in me allows me to make and design what I need for projects but it sure doesn't turn out half as nice looking as yours do. Lol. I guess the age difference has a lot to do with it and some of the tooling that is available now. To late for me now to step up my game.

Those are super cool! I'd love to have them avaible for the Mopar world.

Here is a similar flange Burns Stainless built for a set of headers I did for a Jon Kasse Boss 9. Not sure if you can copy any ideas over to yours.

Definatley very cool to have the tube socket in, and be blended back to the rectangle shape.
