I just bought a 71 Cuda convertible. I have seen that some members have a copy of the "Options & Accessory Report" for '71 'Cuda.

If I remember correctly the report has the breakdown of colors by percentage as well as other options broken down by %.

I was wondering approximately how many Cuda convertibles were In Violet.

How many convertibles were actually V6X.

How many Cudas came with am / fm / cassette.

Thanks
Tom

Contrary to the opinions of some, I am not dumber than I look.

Think you did great on this one Tom!

Here is a listing I just found of a similar one.

Thanks everyone. Very good info. The car is paid for but not here yet.

Pretty interesting car the way it's optioned. 3 speed with manual top. But rallye gauges, billboards and am/fm cassette.

Here are a couple more pictures. The car also has its original window sticker.

I thought I would post a couple of pictures as an update. The car arrived a couple of months ago as a non runner and pretty dusty.

I've got it up and running well. It cleaned up very nicely!

That car cleaned up real well.... Enjoy..

Good candidate for a passon 5 speed ( if your not too old)(you might die before it gets there if you are).......

Back "in the day" it was the kiss of death.. NOBODY wanted a 3 speed and if a car had one good chance the tranny was wasted from abuse....

More money than the cars were worth to upgrade to a 4 speed...

Guaranteed you will become very bored driving the car with this transmission, to where an upgrade would make it a whole new car....

Again, great candidate for a Passon 5 speed....

Until you put it in first and find out your in reverse shock

Actually I'm loving it. I've owned a dozen 4 speed cars over the last 20 years and this is the nicest shifting car I've ever had. It shifts like butter.

I've also converted many a car to 4 speed. This car is all original and runs so well I won't be doing any mods. I'm also excited that it's an oddball. It should show very well punkrocka

I had a 1971 Cuda B7 was the color in 1977 it was my daily driver to and from high school ... It was a 340 and it had a 3-speed from the factory I changed it to a 4 speed within a couple of months of owning it.

I would think that most of the 3 speeds were converted over by now. After all it's been over 45 years!
