read the thread on the rocker failure. I sure do feel your pain after just loosing much of a small block and now starting from scratch with a BB. on a budget here too and looking at getting hughes rockers or the crane ductile rocker set. who sells the cranes as I'm interested?

I don't think there are many choices for Victor rocker arms. Hughes and T&D. Maybe Harland Sharp has the proper offset these days too? I don't think that Crane has anything that fits a Victor head.

Standard or Max Wedge port size? I think they have different intake offset sizes. I think the standard port offset is 0.650", and Max Wedge is 0.725" offset. That is from the T&D Catalog.

Seems like I heard that the Victors had major pushrod to head clearance issues when used on a low deck with a roller cam.

I think Hughes CNC work may include the pushrod holes?

My CNC MW Victors from Hughes had pushrod clearance with my T&D Rocker arms.

Hughes rockers are 0.600" offset, but I just looked at the prices and they sure have gone up!

ok, I understand they were standard and then cnc'd by hughes. so now they are max wedge ports? don't know whats going on with those heads at the moment. haven't heard from Todd in 3 weeks. He must be very busy.

The ones Todd sent me pics of some time back were MW Victors that had Hughes' CNC work, not standard heads opened up to MW by the CNC porting.

The heads Todd had CNC'd by hughes were MW heads to start with.
