Does anyone have a diagram of the oil ports of a B and RB block? Interested in mainly the heads, but entire motor would be helpful. Jason

Looks like you got it already. Heads are pretty simple the oil goes from the passenger side oil galley where the lifters are, down to the #4 crank bearing, then upto the #4 cam bearing. The cam directs and limits the amount of oil going to the heads.
Anyhow, the oil goes from the upper part of the cam bearing to the deck, through a hole in the head gasket into the head where it comes out the #4 rocker shaft mount then the oil flows through the hollow rocker shaft to holes drilled in the shaft for each rocker arm.

Small block is simular, but oil comes up the #2 and #4 cam bearings depending on if it is the passenger side or drivers side. Also, the oil hole in the small block heads is not a direct path like a big block, the oil flows from the heads deck surface to the inside area of the head bolt, than from the top of the head bolt passage to the rocker stand. If using head studs the head bolt hole should be enlarged so oil flows arounf the larger diameter head stud (on the small block engines.)

you could consider drilling/tapping/adding a set screw in each of the 5 vertical cam pasages with a 1/16" hole to reduce the amt of oil that goes to the cam & drilling in horizontly into the rear of each head then angle upward to the pedestal & feed oil from a T in the oil psi sending unit. We did this on our circle track SB to stop the excessive amt of oil psi lost at the cam bearings. 1/16" has been plenty enough to keep the cam bearings happy. It could be done the same way on a BB. & in the pic I think the pass rockers are oiled when at TDC #1 & MAYBE the drivers side when at 300 degrees on a degree wheel but I am not positive
