The number is 2949010. I can't find it on any charts. Thanks for the help.

It is from an Imperial, they had that bar across and the different mountings on the side flanges. It should be 28" wide, not really what you want in a B or E body. 2949 prefix is 1969.

Does it have 2 rubber mounts on the bottom tank?

I will look for the mounts tomorrow. Yes not an E. Too tall. Radiator cap would hit hood.
