I currently have my 70 RR on the Autotwirler body cart. Front attaches to K member attachment bolts and rear attaches to the front leaf spring mounts.
I would like to install the engine and rear end but maintain the ability to move it around like I do currently.
Has anyone built something that would allow that? Thinking the "frame" in the center etc..??

Many people have built something like that , square or rectangle tubing and get out the welder.

For my Dart, I made one that used the bumper bolts to hold the front and the shock mounts on the rears and then just tied the 2 pieces together with 1 x 2 tube.
