I don't know if you can. You might end up rewelding the flanges on the bottom of the runners. That's a lot of metal to remove. Unless you put it on a raised port head like mentioned.

The valley plate at the china wall of an RB is about a solid inch wider than a B, so you'd need a pretty thick mating flange on both sides to start with. My gut would say probably not unless you had deep pockets to weld up the flanges.
There was a super stock 383 car in the early 80's where the guy used a much modded SB Chevy manifold on it, can't remember his name though and I would like to see how he accounted for the differences in bore spacing and port alignment, but apparently he successfully worked it out.
I have a 337 RB on my 400B/517 Stroker... but (as stated) it's on a set of the Chapman Stage VI's

Not dimensionally a good forseeable venture. The intake surface would be nearly gone.

Wize, there probably were 1.5" thick spacers between the SBC intake and the heads. You can move quite a bit in that distance.

Not sure if it works the same way but when I put the 383 intake on the high block I used a 1 inch spacer to allow the bolts to line up. Maybe as it gets closer to the crank that dimension gets smaller. It does.. thats why you have to cut the intake surface when you cut the head so the intake will bolt back on
