I am looking for a reputable vendor to restore the 3 pieces of dash trim for my Dart. Does anyone have one to refer?

Depends how much you want to spend. You can buy repop dash pieces. Check PG classics. Good luck.

Probably more appropriate in a section other than Unlawfls race section

I got prices for restoring my original pieces but ended up going with new. I got mine from BE&A. They look nice and fit decent too. I think I had to drill one or two holes in the frame that didn't line up perfectly. I don't remember exactly now.
