You can get a spray can straw of PBblaster through the frame holes and squirt plenty of PBblaster on the bolts inside the frame for a few days. That did wonders for all the Kframe bolts I have removed. came out Real easy!

Shouldn't have any problem with a car from AZ. I've pulled a lot of K frames out in the wrecking yard here in OR. Just get the car up in the air and use a 1/2 inch breaker bar and out they come. The bolts usually look brand new. I have a dozen or so of them in my bolt drawer and they all look nice and clean with the plating still on them. Western cars aren't like the rusted hulks back east.

I didn't have an impact when I did mine so I used PB Blaster and MAP gas. Got the area red hot and they finally broke lose. An impact should help a lot though.

Can you beg/borrow a decent electric or cordless impact?

And keep in mind if you hose the bolts down with flammable penetrating chemicals to be extremely careful if you end up needing to apply heat.
