No! They are gloss black, and pretty shiny for factory paint. I can hear all the crying now. If you ever find a clean one on a western car they really did shine when new. I can dig mine out and post pictures if necessary.

Gloss, not semi or satin. The tracks and frames have a gloss to them.

Having quite a few Western cars I can confirm that they are gloss black
