I really like the 727, and more since I installed TF-2 reprograming kit
My question is: when the trans. is in third at around 40 mph and I floor-it, trans donwshift to first gear.
I would like to know if the low band apply or not I don't want to dammage the sprag...
Thanks

The rear (low) band is never applied in Drive. Forced downshifts to 1st are hard on the sprag but, since you're already rolling, not as bad as when starting off.

If you are paranoid about it, pull it back with the shifter into first as you floor it and it will apply the rear band.
