Has anyone come across this car.
1970 V code N96 RT Coronet Convertible.
Triple black 4 speed.
Was originally in Hawthorne NY .

Pretty sure one of these needing resto changed hands in the last year or so.....somehwere in the midwest if memory serves me right. I think they may have been a post on this site about the car.

I'm guessing the mid-west car was the FC7 RT 4-spd ragtop that came out of the Joe S collection. It was a solid project car that has since been completely restored. Ed C told me about that X9 car. I hope it's still out there!

The X9 car that Ed mentioned is the one Im referring too.
It was parked at the Hawthorne train station for years.

That TX9 car was posted for sale in Hemmings a long time ago. I'm guessing at least 10 -12 years ago. I remember calling about it and drooling, but I couldn't get it at the time. I ended up buying a Red automatic 70 conv. instead. I thought it was in Mass. when I called.
Good luck finding it.
