Looking to swap out cam in a 93 318 for a little more aggressive cam. I know you can go real big with it being computer controlled. Any help or suggestions would be great.

When those trucks were new there were a couple of companies that specialized in the Mag engines. Maybe they're still around. Google can be your friend.

If you are using the stock intake, computer, exhaust... then get one from delta cams re-ground with 210@.050 and tell em you want as much lift as they can give you on a 110 LSA. If you go any bigger then you need a different intake as the runner length and cam timing will be fighting each other. You could also shorten the runners in the stock intake but there are a couple places it picks up a ton of heat and could never be an awesome intake.

The only way I can come up with in my head to fix that issue on the stock intake would be to ceramic coat it inside the plenum area, both sides of the plate and inside the water passage, leave the outside bare to dissapate heat faster.
