Yep, 70 Barracuda only. 71-2 are a little longer.
I got a pair from Classic. Thought maybe they were yours

I got a pair from Classic. Thought maybe they were yours . Not so, they were also used on some 1970 and 1971 Challengers. I have a 1971 Challenger with them from original. They are painted the same color as the car, in this case, gold. I do have several NOS sets in their original boxes, including the thin black plastic gaskets.

I did not know that. Are they the shorter 70 Barracuda painted ones or the longer 71-2 Plymouth painted ones? Why were they just used on some Challengers? Seems like the ones that I've on Challengers were the chrome ones.

Actually I will look later tonight but I think that the boxes indicate that they were also for Challenger. I'll have to confirm that. Or maybe it is the parts book that says that. One or the other. In any case I can lend the gaskets if needed.

That is the listing for 1970 "B"(all models), and 1970 "J" (all models except JH with 340. With JH 340 the part number is 2930 781 which I assume are the chrome capped ones, which is also the same number for 1970 Valiant cars. There is no specific listing for 1971 Challenger so it appears that the same information applies to 1971 cars. Which would include the 1971 J that I have.

This is the one we are talking about right. 70 Cuda only but POSSIBLY something else?

I know 71 PLYMOUTH (Barracuda and Satellite) are a one off. I'm have a 3 piece gasket set for those
And I THOUGHT I saw where someone was selling a "one year only" Challenger pair on Ebay. Thought it said 72 but I'm thinking by 72 things had become pretty generic.

The yellow ones are 70. The others are 71-2 and yes 72 are the same as 71. 73 is when they went to the big ugly generic ones.
I was looking in my 70-1 FPM and saw that about 340 Challengers having the chrome ones. Kinda weird.
