chargers777 OP super stock C Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 763 Nashport, OH	What is the service life and does it have a tensioner.Is it also a double row chain.My truck has 85,000 miles and I think I hear some chain noise.Its a 98.

SALEM1912 super stock Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 859 Southeast Pa.	No tensioner standard 2 gears and a chain. No service till there is a problem. I would check other things first, the chains wear good and seldom cause a problem.

chargers777 OP super stock C Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 763 Nashport, OH	I bad dropped the pan and the chain seemed loose. Will these bend valves if they jump a tooth.How long does it take to change or do you think it is OK with some play in it.
