scratchnfotraction I Live Here S Joined: May 2003 Posts: 15,487 Florida	check for a weak/soft lower rad hose sucking flat at highway speed. my 440 with a stock 318 rad ran hot at speed till I installed a new lower hose with a spring inside of it. stays 180* now. never hurts to check the lower hose anyway before a long trip. good luck on your trip there and back.

Rick, you probably won't want to drive out here that close to the nats. I'm about 1 hr, 15 minutes from the track. 22675 Buck Allen Dr Marysville OH I can try to pack my welder, it's not that big, but I need a solid 110vAC source to plug into. The welder will pull up to 20 amps and has tripped my breaker when I've had other things running on the same circuit. Photobucket sucks

I have a couple 28" radiators I picked up from a friend that parted out a couple imperials as best I remember. One is a 73-440 28" 3673958. The other is a 72 440 28" 3574601. I also have a 28" shroud that was on one of them. I would recommend taking both to radiator shop to be checked out, as I know nothing about them. He just parted a couple cars years ago and had them in his shop and I bought what he had left. If you need or could use any of the stuff let me know and I can try to bring it to the nationals as I come. Matt
