Do they look even close to stock; can they be painted black?

I do not know that particular radiator... but painting is straight forward. Clean/prep with lacquer thinner and scotchbrite and spray with radiator black paint. I use Eastwood radiator black with good results. Light coats until covered with fog coats on the core itself... just enough on the core to make it black. May need 2 cans.

IMO anything with top tank style looks "stockish".
