Put the advance back in the dizzy and only install one spring on the weight (other weight is installed with no spring). Motor will crank with less advance and go to full advance when it fires. Advance comes in so fast it will not vary with rpm.

Jesse I have the same box and its starts just fine with 15.4 comp with my timing locked out at 30*.
70 Duster W8 motor. 1.29 60ft 5.79 1/8 at 120 mph glide with 1.80 gear @3170 lbs.
