I have seen several 71 A bodies with gull wing spoilers and I'm thinking of putting one on my Demon.
Here is my Question in some pictures it looks like people have them mounted to far to the rear and they look like they are hanging off the back of the trunk lid is this correct ? can someone post some pictures with a properly installed gull wing ?

The 71 wing sits further forward than the 70 and should not hang over the back of the deck lid. I'm trying to find the mounting braces for my 71 Dart. Dart mounting is different than Duster/Demon and 70 is different than 71.
Usually when a 71 wing is hanging over the back it is because it is mounted in the 70 location.
Sorry I don't have any pictures.

I'm going through the same thing on a 71 Demon. Does anyone have measurements they can share?

Also, is the rear spoiler painted or left in the black plastic finish?

Thanks!

Here's more info.....

Early 71's used the 70 style wings and mounting location. So far I've seen original 70's on 71's up to November 70.
