I'm getting closer to finishing the dash in my 70 Charger. I considered after market dashes that are being offered, but decided to build my own out of flat sheets of carbon and speedhut gauges. I'm using an American Autowire kit, so I will be using their light switch. The GPS speedo also has the turn signal and high beam indicators in the gauge to eliminate the need to install separate lights in the dash. I ordered stainless trim and designed a center panel with a brushed aluminum look to break up the dash. The gauges are spaced out a little odd so I can see them with the smaller aftermarket steering wheel. So far so good.

Looks great! Did you lay the carbon yourself? Vacuum bag or just do a brush wet-layup?

No. Actually purchased finished sheets and cut them to fit the dash. I created a template out of wood then cut the panels to match.
