I didn't order springs, but I cut two loops off my rear springs last year.

It leveled the truck out, and rides great.

Took about 20 minutes.

Might have to put those springs on my newly purchased 14. I wonder if I could get it done without the wife noticing?

There is an aftermarket air bag system installed inside the stock springs. I wonder if I'd be able to retain those bags with the new springs?

I just ordered ( http://www.sdtrucksprings.com/air-lift-60818-air-spring-kit-dodge-ram-1500-09-14? ) for the truck today. I also hocked up a $35 backup camera that works great so far and a power tailgate that also works great. I hocked that up to p door pop (the second pop on the key fob )

When i put the air lift on i will add cables to the shocks so the spring don't came out when you jack it up. So far the ride is the same as be for.

If l never told my wife what i was doing she probably would of never noted.

good luck

Post pictures of the shock cables when you get it done. It looks like I have the same air bag system as your link. The bags look the same. You have to keep a minimum of 5psi in the bags at all times to prevent bag failure. I don't think pumping them up to 35psi(max psi rating)will actually "lift" the back end. I think it just swells the bag into the space between the coils. At least that's what I assumed when I read the instruction online.

I didn't need cables with the McGuaghys spring, the springs were long enough. You might need them if you cut the stock springs?

For driving around not towing i'm at 5psi, i had it at 15psi it was a little bouncy.

I just put the air bags in today so i'm still playing with them.

The best way to put the bags in is to take the springs out and that big rubber insulster on the top of the spring, put the air lift black puck into the rubber, (i don't think you will ever get that puck in that rubber insulster with the spring in.)
