Made one purchase a while back. It went fine and the part was good quality. Others may give a different opinion.

Purchased from them several times, sometimes shipping is really slow if the parts are coming direct from China. If you are in a rush you may want to call them first and ask if they have it in stock....

PG, Classic Industries, Year One, etc sell the same stuff depending on what you're looking for. Best bet is to build a wish list with each company and wait for the 30% sale dates as posted under the Hot Deals forum.
I do appreciate that PG sells parts (dash bezel specifically) individually. But sometimes they are higher from the get go. It's an open market and alot of what you may need is also available on eBay, same stuff as what the big name sellers have, with no shipping hassles. Do your homework on what you want and carefully pull the trigger. If you can make it, hit the major shows- Carlisle can be an awesome weekend-

customer service sucks. If you just need a replacement part and aren't picky, they will work. quality? not much. but hey....they are cheap! if your doing a correct resto where details count don't bother wasting your money.
and peter gee is a idiot

yeah they ship very slow, year one with the 30% is usually a good buy plus their return policy is great.. generally speaking tho they are a bit more reasonable, but customer service is not as good as year one.

you come here with nothing and leave here with nothing!! enjoy life while on this planet, cuz when youre dead youre dead!!!

I have purchased several items in the past without any quality issues.

There was one case where a gasket was damaged in the box and they sent another no questions asked. In another case a mirror ordered 3 years earlier was missing a part. I called them up with the invoice number and they replaced the missing part no charge.

Bought a headrest hardware kit from them that they said was in stock, then found out it wasn't. Got a couple weeks delay then they lost my shipment, that took another couple weeks. They reshipped, so took about a month and a half to get the parts, meanwhile my seats were in limbo at the shop. The people there were pleasant but I don't think I'll deal with them again.

They are in Canada. So if you aren't happy it takes some extra effort and shipping to send them back.

Herbs gets his parts from them and if you have any issues shipping back to him is cheaper then sending to Canada
