I drove my 70 GTX with a 5.7 and NAG1 transplanted in it today!!
We finally got the computer for the PCS TCM programmed correctly by Russell. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
It hauls azzzzz! Tomorrow we fine tune the shift points but it is definitely working correctly. I almost cannot believe it.

Pics tomorrow.

Were there issues with the PCS controller or was it just normal programming that had to be done?

The PCS controller is what needed reprogramming.

What was the issue with the original programming with the PCS? Or does it come with programming? I've been eyeballing that controller and wondering how it would be. A Gen III/NAG1/3.23 gear would be a sweet set up

It is an awesome et up. I put 276 gear in it as it was as close as I could get to the 294 the donor car had.
I think it is just PCS getting their stuff straight with this computer.

That's great to hear! So you don't have to type it here again, is how you set up the NAG1 (sensors, driveshaft etc)in a build thread on here?

Here is a link to the entire build on FBBO. I started to post it here when I began the build but the pic posting on this site is a pita so I posted on FBBO .
The whole build start to finish with all the trials and tribulations along the way.

So, now you're finally going to bring it to Fall Fling, right?

I will absolutely have it at Fall Fling barring any OTHER unforseen life event.
