On my 04 1-ton the cab light seals had dried and cracked and when it rains water drips from the ceiling. At least you don't have that issue. I will have to check the cowl drains though, it has been sitting for 9 months outside and it is helicopter season here, so they are probably clogging up.

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

My '03 2500 had cab lights on it. It started leaking from the passenger side grab handle in a hard rain. I traded it in on the '06 before I had a chance to look at it. Good to know about the cowl drains, just in case. Tim

check the light on the back of the cab as well, it lets in water too.
