I want to check the flash on my converter. Converters a 9.5 PTC.Running a MSD AL3 box. Griner brake. Currently have a 3000 chip in the launch controller. If I remove the chip, use the brake, start the car and stab the pedal, the playback tachometer should show me the flash stall on my converter, correct?

It will show the stall speed. Make sure the car is on stands.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

Just watch the playback at the track. Why take a chance hurting the converter? Converter is already in the car. Why do you need the stall number before it hits the track? It is what it is.
