Apparently, the shifter uses blocker pins on a torqueflite but i cant seem to see any on mine or a place for them ?

Interesting, the instructions say it should be at the front close to that first bolt. But there is definitely not a hole there on yours. Maybe they changed the design?

I rang B and M today and sent the pic to their tech guy, he said it was an older 3 spd shifter, that's why it didn't have the slots for the pins. I put a new cable on today replacing the old one which had melted and it's twice as thick, he said it has more heat resistance. I've routed it a different way and put the heat resistant sleeve back on, tried it and it's 100 percent better. So loading up tomorrow for the track.
