Hey! You could be #1!
Clean up your shop and all the parts.
Get a real tripod for your camera.
Figure out how to get the lighting right.
Write your own magazine article.
R.
I think the reason is that the 3.9 has such a solid reputation as a dog, that nobody wants to put the time into it. Also, the thinking goes replace the V6 with a 318 or bigger V8.

For the level of power you're realistically going to get out of it before tearing into the engine, you can build a very simple and easy small block that will drop right in. No endless fabrication, no tuning, no boost referenced fuel system, clean, no piping, nice and simple/clean under the hood. That would be my guess as to why most don't turbo the 3.9.
From what I've read of the turbo slants, many(not all) are done by guys who think they can't do an engine swap or are too scared to do an engine swap.

I think you should try it Randy. You can learn on this motor and then transfer most of the stuff over on a different motor. I have a 360/380 hp motor I would like to try a turbo setup on also. I just need something to put it in to learn the turbo stuff. Fabrication would be no problem to me, I had to build my headers that are on the motor in the D50.

Wish I had the money, that would be a good idea. I already have a money pit now.
