Which are the best sealing header flange gaskets for a Factory Cast Iron Head LA 360 Cubic Inch engine?

I use these on my turbo car... Little high temp silicon and I have NEVER had a leak with them.

I have great luck with the cheap white mr gasket ones. I have blown one out in about 18 years.

You might also look up some from a company called "Bison" if they are still around they make super heavy duty gaskets.

Copper rtv, no gasket.

These are working great for me so far. Put a set on my 440 pickup, 4.3 gmc and my parent's 360 dakota. No problems with any of them.

I'm telling you those 3 layer soft aluminum ones I posted are hands down the best ones you can buy. The soft multi layer conforms to any warped flange you can throw at it.

The best gasket will not seal a warped flange.

I have welded and sanded header flanges before to get a smooth flat surface.That being said the best header gasket I have found is the plain old blue fel-pro ones.
