I doubt it, but if it's a more modern reproduction (28th week of '88 or '98) the MK prefix is currently being used by: QINGDAO TAIHAO TYRE CO., LTD. DOT codes for the 90s had a triangle after the date. They started the 4 digit date codes in 2000. We are brothers and sisters doing time on the planet for better or worse.
