So started work on the `Cuda again,
One question,
Who do you guys recommend for vinyl tops, 71 Gull wings, and door panels for a 73 Cuda??
I went with Legendary for the top and Metro for the door panels. There are a bunch of threads on here about bad aftermarket door panels. The Metros were an easy fit and they look great. I did not do a Gull wing. Craig

I dyed a black set to blue (B5). They did not hold up. Lots of black spots where the paint flaked off. Dye, IMHO, is a misnomer. To me, dye is something the penetrates and causes a color change. Since the door panels are about as porous as vinyl, the color is only on the surface and not dyed. I have three sets of interior panels: the ones that were on the car for 40 years and are disintegrating into powder wherever the sun hit them, a set of black panels "dyed" blue with SEM material and a set of Metro panels. The Metros are the winners by far and away. Craig
