That's the name of their shop, it's only all over the show.

and they don't claim to have street cars. they have street RACED cars. BIG difference.

Sooooooo .... the name of the place has little bearing what they drive, race, offer and build ???

They have a shop where they work on ..............get this STREET Cars and Race cars and call the business Midwest Streetcars. What part of that simple explanation do you not understand.

Eric Paul mentioned on FB that Murder Nova went 4.60 at 184 in testing this week at the track on a drag radial. Very impressive.

He and Chief are both supposed to be at Memphis running their cars in Outlaw 275 on radials.

Is Memphis IHRA or NHRA?

It should be noted this was the 5th pass ever for the car on a 275 radial and he pedaled it once.

Reading through this thread..... Haters gonna hate, I guess. Bottom line, every car on that list is wicked fast and appears to be well sorted out; Those guys know what they're doing. Hell, Lutz couldn't even crack the list with his Evil Twin, and we all worship that car. I do wish it was more of an actual street-car scenario, where guys actually get in their street-legal cars and drive them to a spot to race, but that comes from me, who has an actual street-car. I get that for the sake of the TV show, cars that wheelie for 100ft. are much funner to watch. I think the cars these guys are building are pretty bad-azz, and I enjoy watching the show.

And oh, by the way..... If Detroit seriously brings Fuel Altered's to the street, They've handed OKC an "out" before they've even started. If this is the direction they're going, when are we gonna see Force's Funny on the street?

Before the show and it's popularity, there were video's on Youtube of Shawn and the Murder Nova running around OKC late at night.

Just 'cause they trailer them to the street races on TV doesn't mean they never drive them on the street!

Some of you old men need to go back to playing bridge at the nursing home instead of talking crap on cars that are twice as fast as anything you've ever been in!

Courtney or John? I think Courtney could add some ratings to the show.

I wonder if the NHRA would threaten to pull John Force's license?

My money would be on Murder Nova against a fuel altered.

You can bet that they would get a love letter... but
I'M sure they wouldnt think about doing it.. and it
damn sure wouldnt be with their funny cars.... also
if Detroit were even thinking of running a fuel altered
it would most likely go up in smoke.. so to me that
would be a bad choice... those guys tune for the street
unlike Lutz which tunes for the strip... big difference

On the show, Lutz did some "street-tune" work on the Dyno with the guys at Midwest, then dead-hooked and ran hard, but flat got outrun by Dominators Blue Dart. He may have been still geared for 1320 instead of 660, but.... Just sayin.

Well, they are "twins" after all.... Either way, I think my point is valid.
