Don't know WTF they were thinking when they designed that POS ... they don't fit under a stock or aftermarket aluminum water pump!!
Nothing wrong with nylon buttons and nothing wrong with your current setup - especially if you already have the proper clearance.

When I use to run BB I used the roller one. had it in for years without any issue.... and I know hundreds of guys using the roller one right now... MANY on this board use it... will the nylon work.. sure but over time it wears.. no big deal if you open up the engine once in a while
