Hi all, restoring my 71' cuda. It is B5 Blue. I wanted to ask the community 2 questions. I am color coding the grille B5 also, so i wanted to know if the little plastic piece that sits on the front valance pan should be B5 also or black? Then on the black grille inserts for the front grille do the raised horizontal fins get painted silver? textured paint or regular? Thanks for any help.

Blue on the front valance insert also. Cheese graters are black plastic tipped with argent silver. Not the flakey textured argent, use dull aluminum, it matches perfectly.

B5 '71 cudas have the grill and lower valance insert painted body color. The area between the inserts and stainless trim, argent silver. Grill inserts, I used a satin black and on the front portion of them a silver paint pen.
