Post up your pix. I'm putting a indy tunnel ram on my low deck in a 68 valiant. Trying to get an idea of how much hood scoop I'll need. Thanks

My scoop is 5". I have about 1 1/2" of clearance. MAX. Wish I had more.

OhioJoe, what track do you run at? Nice car.

73DartSport owns my old car, it had a 451 low deck with an M1 TR and two 750 Quickfuel carbs. I loved this setup at the track but it was real thirsty on the street, went through alot of fuel. The scoop was either 7" or 9" tall, can't remember but it's one of the smaller aero scoops.

Here's a pic from Norwalk. We live close to Tri-State, Kil-Kare and Edgewater.

Cool photo.

I never had any problems seeing around my scoop. If it was any bigger it would get annoying. You can also just run an aluminum hilborn scoop sticking through the hood like OhioGTX does, I think they look awesome, and some guys run custom clear lexan scoops.

I ran a low deck motor and I ran the M1 because it was the shortest tunnel ram.

This is an RB... I am afraid this intake was never made for a B. Never know, you could be running stage VI heads...

EFI throttle bodies are shorter than carbs.

Fits under 3" six pack scoop.
