Two Holley 1850s mounted inline.
I used my regular throttle bracket(where the cable mounts) on the rear carb and made a 3/16 shaft and 2 small 3/16 heim joints to attach the 2 throttle arms.. I made up 2 nylon bushings to go in the large hole and a large washer to bolt the heim into that hole

Thanks for the ideas and replies so far. I'm thinking about going to the hardware store and getting a rod that is threaded on both ends and two female-thread heim joints for each end to go into the throttle arm as seen on this page: https://fordmuscle.com/archives/2004/08/ThrottleLinkage/index.phpIt's just the part that attaches to the throttle arms that I don't like on the Summit kit. So I think if I can take the idea from above and use it with the rest of the Summit kit (the part of the "T" that goes down) that might work.

The attachment point to the carb in your link is how I did mine

Yeah, that's the part of the Summit kit I don't like - how it attaches to the carb's throttle arms - seems flimsy. See I'm going to try to do it how you did it and how they show it in the link.
I think its Holley that sells the bushing/insert part that goes into the large hole.. I just made mine... then the rod between the 2 carbs is easy
