Anybody know if 60s mustang seats would be a good fit for a late 60s Abody?
They are a lot less exspensive than factory seats, and they should be about the same size. I have a set of reproduction SS seat brackets that I hope I will be able to adapt.
Just looking for some input.

do they have head rests? IMO any seat from that era sucks compared whats available now. there are no bolsters, and the material is too slick.

I would pass in favor of a more modern option, unless its a price thing. but even then, you can get good options used from a variety of 80's and 90's cars.

They should look fine. I went with Procar Classic Series 1500(w/headrest). All the used stuff I found were almost the same price as the Procar's but I would still have had to add new foam and covers. Not making a show car so wasn't concerned that they weren't Mopar seats.
Personally I hate the newer seats w/bolsters. They just aren't comfortable and to me look out of place in older cars.

Ok
