There's a guy in Oz who patented the Rollmaster timing gear set - he had exclusive rights to the aftermarket use of IWIS chains used in BMW/Benz etc...
India and China are always sending him chains to test, claiming they will be as good as the IWIS.
SO FAR..NONE HAVE BEEN.

From what I've seen is that the tensioner slides or the tensioner plate will break before the chain will.
That is my understanding as well. The guide plate or the tensioner. I had the recall performed on my 2009 Challenger R/T. They changed everything (guide, tensioner, chain).

To my knowledge, The tensioner on the double roller sets only covers the first row of links, not both (the tensioner is the same size as the factory 6.1 piece). To me that is somewhat of a disadvantage. If someone made a beefier tensioner that was large enough for both links to ride on I would be interested. Until then I like the factory tried and true. Not to mention most of the fast modern Hemi guys run factory timing set.
Someone correct me if I am wrong on the tensioner being the same between single and double rollers please

I also installed a double roller, don't remeber the brand, but also had to grind the timing cover for clearance for the cam position sensor wheel.
