Been into Mopars for a long time, never seen it and I don't think so, but just curious?

The E-bodies were a failure for the company. They didn't sell nearly as much as they thought they would. Starting in 72, they started consolidating and shrinking options. Even more so in 73. It's not surprising that power windows were done away with.
